nutricional del chayote var\u00eda seg\u00fan el tipo (tierno o saz\u00f3n), pero ambos destacan por su contenido de fibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente, aunque cada vez menos, de la planta se aprovechan no solo el fruto, sino tambi\u00e9n las ra\u00edces en sopas, picadillos, dulces y tortas, los tallos tiernos o quelites en guisos y sopas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chayotes tiernos: 3 unidades<\/li><li>Aceite vegetal: 1\/2 taza<\/li><li>Vinagre blanco: 1 taza<\/li><li>Cebolla blanca: 1 unidad<\/li><li>Zanahoria: 1 unidad<\/li><li>Apio: 1 rama<\/li><li>Culantro picado: 1 cucharada<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ajo: 1 diente<\/li><li>Romero: 1 ramita<\/li><li>Jalape\u00f1o: 1 unidad<\/li><li>Laurel: 3 hojas<\/li><li>Clavo de olor: 4 unidades<\/li><li>Sal al gusto<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"has-inline-color\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelar el chayote y quitar las semillas.<\/li><li>Rallar los chayotes pelados a lo largo.<\/li><li>Hervir el chayote con 1\/4 de taza de vinagre blanco y una pizca de sal hasta que se suavice. <\/li><li>Escurrir el chayote y dejar enfriar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#487107\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Para la vinagreta: <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rallar la zanahoria, picar el ajo finamente y picar la cebolla en julianas.<\/li><li>Colocar la zanahoria y la cebolla en una olla a fuego medio con el aceite, el vinagre que sobr\u00f3 de la preparaci\u00f3n anterior, los clavos de olor, el laurel y el ajo <\/li><li>Dejar hasta que hierva y luego retirar del fuego <\/li><li>Mezclar la vinagreta con el chayote, colocar la mezcla en un recipiente con el romero, el culantro picado y el chile jalape\u00f1o<\/li><li>Refrigerar
