Esta receta resalta la creatividad para utilizar el chayote en preparaciones dulces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg de chayote (4 unidades medianas).<\/li><li>una tapa de dulce.<\/li><li>1 taza de az\u00facar morena o dulce raspado.<\/li><li>3 cucharaditas de ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de clavos de olor.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de canela.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pele los chayotes.<\/li><li>Ralle y escurra bien los chayotes con ayuda de una manta.<\/li><li>En una olla coloque la tapa de dulce, agua, az\u00facar, ralladura de lim\u00f3n, canela y clavo de olor. Cocine durante 15 minutos a fuego lento hasta que logre un alm\u00edbar.<\/li><li>Incorpore el chayote y mezcle bien.
