Es una preparaci\u00f3n a base de harina de trigo que se fr\u00ede en suficiente aceite. Se suele acompa\u00f1ar con tapa de dulce derretida, miel de abeja o bien con alg\u00fan otro jarabe dulce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Harina de trigo<\/strong>: Es el ingrediente principal&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Huevo<\/strong>: este ingrediente aporta estructura y estabilidad a la preparaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, ayuda a hidratar la masa junto al agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sal<\/strong>: Realza los sabores, adem\u00e1s reduce la susceptibilidad de descomposici\u00f3n por microorganismos, atrae la humedad ligando el agua y evitando la resequedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agua<\/strong>: Hidrata la masa para que quede suave y manejable. Tambi\u00e9n es utilizado para derretir con mayor facilidad la tapa de dulce que se usa al final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Endulzante<\/strong>: el m\u00e1s com\u00fan es la tapa de dulce derretida con un poco de agua, pero tambi\u00e9n se suele usar miel de abeja, leche condensada o caramelo. Este ingrediente se agrega al finalizar la preparaci\u00f3n del presti\u00f1o, en el momento de comer o se ba\u00f1an al terminar de fre\u00edrlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tazas de harina de trigo<\/li><li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li><li>1 huevo<\/li><li>1 taza de agua&nbsp;<\/li><li>Aceite para fre\u00edr.<\/li><li>\u00bd tapa de dulce.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cuando se derrita la tapa de dulce apague el fuego y deje por aparte hasta utilizarlo nuevamente)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
