Este platillo suele acompa\u00f1arse con tortillas de ma\u00edz en forma de gallos o como parte del t\u00edpico casado costarricense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Papa: <\/strong>Es unos de los alimentos m\u00e1s vers\u00e1tiles que lleva como nombre cient\u00edfico <em>Solanum tuberosum&nbsp; <\/em>el cual contiene un alto valor energ\u00e9tico debido a sus carbohidratos en forma de almid\u00f3n.
