Es una bebida refrescante a base de arroz crudo remojado. Una mezcla de ingredientes como el man\u00ed, la canela, la leche, el az\u00facar, el arroz y en algunos casos cacao que se baten juntos para formar la bebida. (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arroz<\/strong>: es el ingrediente principal de la preparaci\u00f3n, aporta sabor, consistencia espesa por el almid\u00f3n que contiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u00edquido<\/strong>: se suele utilizar tanto leche como agua. Son los encargados de remojar el arroz y absorber los olores y sabores del resto de los ingredientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Man\u00ed<\/strong>: es una semilla, aporta sabor, textura a la preparaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao<\/strong>: Este ingrediente es el encargado de aportar un leve sabor amargo, en algunas preparaciones omiten este ingrediente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Endulzante<\/strong>: Entre el m\u00e1s com\u00fan est\u00e1 el az\u00facar, pero tambi\u00e9n se suele utilizar leche condensada.
