Es un platillo latinoamericano a base de pescado o mariscos marinados en alg\u00fan tipo de c\u00edtrico, acompa\u00f1ado de olores. En Costa Rica suele consumirse con tortillas tostadas o galletas saladas tipo soda, adem\u00e1s de salsas como la de tomate y la mayonesa. Tambi\u00e9n se mezcla con paquetes de frituras, generando las llamadas caldosas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pescado<\/strong>: es un alimento importante en una buena alimentaci\u00f3n, es el ingrediente principal de la receta. Se puede utilizar cualquier tipo de pescado blanco, pero entre los m\u00e1s comunes est\u00e1n la corvina, la tilapia o el marl\u00edn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acidulante<\/strong>: se utiliza principalmente el lim\u00f3n mesino o el lim\u00f3n mandarina, esto va a depender del gusto de la persona que lo prepare.
