Es ingrediente para diferentes platillos entre ellos: olla de carne y sopas. En algunas comunidades acostumbran a utilizarlo en ensaladas y rellenarlo con at\u00fan o carne molida.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#243703\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Receta<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#243703\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Ingredientes<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tacacos tiernos: 9 unidades <\/li><li>At\u00fan: 1 lata<\/li><li>Mayonesa: 1 cucharada<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#243703\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lavar los tacacos <\/li><li>Hervir los tacacos en una olla con agua y sal hasta que est\u00e9n suaves.<\/li><li>Esperar a que se enfr\u00eden, posteriormente retirarles la piel.
